My name is Matthew Kudej, and I am an independent artist from the Twin Cities metro area of Minnesota.

The main purpose of this site is to display my more prominent completed works, while serving as a reference for ongoing 2D and 3D projects. Most of the media used to create the work on these pages was lightwave 3D, Flash MX, and Photoshop, with the empasis of my work being on animation and moving image. I prefer working in a medium that changes over time because it adds a dynamic to the work that is not easily accomplished in traditional media. While a picture is worth a thousand words, it only represents a moment in time, where multimedia can depict both the catalyst as well as the impact of events.

The eventual goal for this site is to depict the changes in my work over the course of my life as well as for use as a lens to critically focus and review my work. And of course hopefully, you'll enjoy looking at it as much as I enjoy making it.
